The Real..er World

So, we have decided on a few things… aka we’ve laid down minimal tracks for the whole wedding train (no pun intended) to start creeping along on! …And by minimal I’m talking like B.Spears’ under garments!

So here are the few things we’ve realized we want and/or have decided on:

We want May 2013 - 18th or 25th we’re hoping for! This’ll give us plenty of time to plan and work and later move all at the same time haha

Colors: Navy and Blush Pink

Place: CT or just over the border in NY.. we’re furiously searching for a venue that we can tour asap who won’t charge us $165 a plate! This has been absolutely stressful and annoying! But we’re charging through it so we can lock down that damn date and then go forward from there!

I’ve also realized I haven’t completely lost my college vibes when I exclaimed we needed to bump one venue up on our list due to the fact that they’ll serve us Belvedere over other vodkas - same goes for Bobby when it comes to the Jack & Scotch selections. Hey! If I’m paying for all this shit, I better at least be able to get a good drink or two out of it!

Other decisions: I know how I’m going to ask my girlfriends/family to be my Bridesmaids, I’m soo excited :)

Flowers: Peonies! Favorite & they remind me of my mother and our first house on the beach! Plus they ward off evil spirits, which I guess is a lovely added bonus on your wedding day.

Bobby knows what he wants to wear so yay for that, he’ll look handsome as ever I’m sure :) I on the other hand will not be trying anything on for a while.. like this summer most likely - looking at Vera, Watters and Hjelm a lot (loveee themmm)!
